RFR⁴ - The Padfield Showdown

Welcome to the wild, wild… well, Padfield actually. Not quite the Wild West you might be picturing, but trust us when we say the stakes are just as high and the characters just as colourful.

It all started when Big Hank Rumpè – a man whose reputation was as questionable as his accounting practices – mysteriously disappeared. Some say he fled to avoid the taxman. Others whisper he was "taken care of" by business associates who didn't appreciate his creative bookkeeping. Either way, he left behind something far more valuable than his questionable legacy: The Rumpè Ranch.

Now, Big Hank wasn't exactly the planning type. His will? Scrawled on the back of a saloon receipt during what was probably his last night of questionable decision-making. But one thing was clear:

"My ranch shall go to the last convict standin', settled the only way I trust… poker."

And so, six of the most morally flexible card sharks this side of the moors have been summoned to the Three Cats Saloon in Padfield, Glossop. They're not here for the drinks (though those will flow), they're not here for the company (though that's questionable), and they're definitely not here for the cat hair (though there's plenty of that).

They're here for the ranch. The whole damn ranch.

Dress code: Channel your inner outlaw! Whether you're going for full cowboy, saloon regular, or "just got out of jail" chic – the wilder, the better. Just remember: the Three Cats have seen it all, and they're not easily impressed.

What to expect: High stakes poker, questionable morals, and the kind of tension that makes you check your cards twice. The winner doesn't just get bragging rights – they get a ranch. The losers? Well, let's just say Padfield Penitentiary always has room for more.
